your master account email address and password, log in to
selfcare.rr.com. ...
2. Identify
the sub account you want to make inactive.
3. For
that account, click the Manage User link. ...
4. For Account Status,
select Enabled.
5. Click
Update. ...
6. Click
Return to User Management.
